We had a wonderful evening exploring what gets in the way of making change happen at our recent Conversations That Matter dinner.
Although this is a topic where insights can often be applied across industries, we partnered with co-hosts Bohill Partners to discuss what this means for people leaders and founders from the Real Estate sector who are engaged in transformative change.

🟡 Moving from a mindset of preservation and a focus on profit to one of possibility with a focus on impact for all stakeholders
