We've been working hard behind the scenes on a new impactful initiative; bringing peer learning support to leaders in the social sector. 💛

Last week [Simon](https://www.risebeyond.org/en/simon-preston), [Polly](https://www.risebeyond.org/polly-mcallester) and [James](https://www.risebeyond.org/en/james-wood) launched [Impact Leaders Circles](https://www.risebeyond.org/en/impact-leaders-circles) along with [Andrew Graham MBE](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAAAOvBRABB5LOycGpXQVYB93NmbOjLH3Z4zw) & Jane Oglesby, in collaboration with [The Oglesby Charitable Trust](https://oglesbycharitabletrust.org.uk) with guidance from [CALO](https://www.thecalo.org) - and we are so excited to be kicking off with 2 initial groups of inspiring, dedicated CEO's from amazing education, healthcare, and youth charities across the North West. 💫

This is a sector that we're incredibly passionate about and are dedicated to supporting - helping those that help others succeed in more sustainable and effective ways. 🙏
