We’re thrilled to announce the release of our 10 Years of Impact Report, a reflection on a decade of supporting growth and change. Over the last 10 years, we’ve partnered with incredible organisations across sectors, helping them navigate leadership challenges, support stronger teams, and drive meaningful change.

The 10 Years of Impact Report is about the stories, relationships, and lessons that have shaped our journey. We went out to all of our past and current clients and asked them to share their perspectives on the most significant change our work had on them as individuals and as a team or organisation. The report captures the lessons we’ve learned along the way and how we’re applying them to support an even greater impact in the future.

In the report, we take a closer look at:

• Stories of Change: We share an analysis of the feedback from past and current clients, exploring the difference we made to them as individuals and their organisations.
• Why it matters: We explore why doing this work matters given the context of the world we live and work in, and share our renewed passion for continuing to expand our reach and work.
