Our new online introductory workshop [Collaboration in Complexity](https://www.risebeyond.org/collaboration-in-complexity-introductory-workshop) launches this month. This is an open workshop with RISE facilitators there to help guide you through what it takes to work well with others.

Working with the [RISE Collaboration Compass](https://www.risebeyond.org/collaboration-compass), you'll explore what shapes collaboration, and the key practices and skills that will help you be more effective in projects, teams, organisations and beyond 💛

[Find out more and book your ticket](https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/collaboration-in-complexity-introductory-workshop-tickets-775533791447)!

This workshop is also available in-house for your team. [Get in touch](https://www.risebeyond.org/en/contact) if you'd like to find out more.
