We're so excited to have [Helen Duckhouse](https://www.linkedin.com/#) join us as our new Head of Operations! 🎉

This brand new role is a super exciting development for RISE as Helen's skilled operational leadership will help us bring our work for better collaboration to even more organisations 🚀

Helen will also be supporting our consultant [Community of Practice](https://www.risebeyond.org/community-of-practice) and we're looking forward to learning and growing together to make the world a happier, more collaborative, place!
